Frito Salad

A quick and easy salad packed with lots of crunch and flavor
2 - 3 green peppers
3 - 4 medium -sized tomatoes
1 red onion
1 can kidney beans
1 - 2 cups grated colby-jack cheese
1 bag Fritos corn chips
1 bottle Kraft Classic Catalina dressing

Directions:
1.  Chop up peppers, tomatoes, and onion and put in a large salad bowl.  
2. Drain and rinse kidney beans, then add them to the bowl.  Gently stir.  
3. Immediately before serving - add cheese, a couple handfuls of Fritos, and about half the bottle of dressing.  Toss to coat and serve.   

NOTE:  Once you've added the cheese, chips and dressing, the salad does not keep well.  To make ahead of time - prepare through step 2, cover and keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.
